This role provides an opportunity to work closely with O&M Companies, Project Companies, ACWA Power, and their affiliates, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and a proven track record of success.
- We are responsible for administering project agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- We review all incoming correspondence from a commercial risk perspective and advise on appropriate responses.
- We develop contract management processes and procedures tailored to the project's specific needs.
- We provide contract management support to the Cluster team, PCs, and O&M Companies as required.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
- We administer project agreements to minimize commercial exposure.
- We review all incoming correspondence from a commercial risk perspective and advise on appropriate responses.
Contract Management:
- We establish a consistent and auditable approach using the Contracts Management Tool Box.
EPC Contract Management:
- We identify contractor deliverables under the EPC contract.
- We expedite contractors' awareness and compliance with contracts.
- We identify shortfalls and promote remedies.
- We manage the process for achieving PAC.
- We monitor and maintain records of performance guarantees and insurances.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate is a member or past member of a recognized professional body.
- Strong background in contract management and English law.
- Excellent business language skills written and spoken.
- 10-15 years' experience in the Power, utilities, and industrial sector.
- Working internationally and in mixed nationality teams.
