  2. Collaborate with local freight forwarders to coordinate import and export procedures, ensuring compliance with company and country regulations.
  3. Comply with customs clearance procedures, generating duties analysis and auditing customs declarations with brokers.
  4. Maintain accurate records of duties paid and shipments imported/exported, providing weekly and monthly reports as required.
  5. Develop a strong understanding of Incoterms and customs rules to ensure effective trade operations.
  6. Review and submit freight forwarders' invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  7. Participate in meetings with freight forwarders, customs, and ports as needed, representing Helmerich & Payne's interests.
  8. Adhere to H&P Trade Compliance Team requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
