Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Master's degree in Nursing or in related health discipline, or MBA - A master's degree in nursing or a related field, or an MBA, is required for this position.
  2. Current nursing (RN) license in the North America, Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand - Hold a current nursing license in one of these regions.
  3. Seven (7) years of acute care hospital experience including four (4) years in a leadership role - Bring a minimum of 7 years of acute care hospital experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
  4. Current experience working in the specialty area - Possess current experience working in the specialty area.
