Job Description

As a seasoned Account Director, you will provide strategic direction and support to clients in driving short-term sales and building long-term brand value. You will lead internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver holistic project management, coordinate execution processes, and manage agency team processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising/ Marketing or related field
  2. 8+ years of experience in account management at a leading agency
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  4. Organizational skills with attention to detail
  5. Experience in leading new business pitches and relationship management
