Job Overview

SRH - is seeking a highly skilled Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Design and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Provide Safety Training and Guidance: Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees on topics such as hazard identification, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.
  • Investigate Accidents and Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay Current on Safety Regulations: Stay up-to-date on the latest safety regulations and industry best practices, and ensure that our organization is in compliance.
  • Collaborate with Management and Employees: Work closely with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a safety coordinator or similar role, with a strong track record of ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Knowledge of OSH Guidelines: In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) guidelines and practices, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Reporting and Policy Development: Experience in reporting and developing policies related to safety, including safety procedures and protocols.
  • OSH Training Programs: Experience in implementing OSH training programs, including training employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety information to employees and management.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Engineering in the field of safety, and certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers in the field of safety (SCE).
