We are seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Accountant to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of autonomy and independence, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of Project Financial Accounting and be able to apply their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the finances of the unit, including registering projects, revenue recognition, following up on debtors, adjusting project budgets, and analysing the Income Statement.
  • Ensure all unbilled WIP is invoiced timeously and successfully handle project accounting for multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, utilizing sound knowledge of accounting systems and applying very good interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently (self-starter), as well as part of a group, exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
