Job Summary

As a Senior Director of Public Policy and Strategy at **تكامل القابضة**, you will lead the development of comprehensive strategic plans for the public policy team and associated clientele. This role requires a strong understanding of policy landscapes, legislative processes, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of strategic plans for public policy teams and clients, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and organizational goals.
  • Engage with senior-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Represent the company in executive meetings related to public policy.
  • Engage with government agencies, policymakers, industry associations, and other stakeholders to advocate for client policy positions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define policy objectives, develop strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive public policy strategies for clients, aligned with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor project leaders and consultants, providing guidance and support in developing project plans and resource allocation strategies.
  • Support team growth and development by delivering training courses and mentoring.
  • Evaluate potential projects to determine if they align with the company's capabilities.
  • Support marketing efforts by attending events and conferences to represent the company.
  • Oversee the execution of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budget.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging expertise in policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to digital solution delivery, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Manage project budgets and drive revenue growth within assigned client sectors.
  • Regularly monitor and track the performance of direct reports against assigned KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in political science or a relevant field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 14+ years of work experience in public policy consulting, government relations, or a similar role within the consultancy industry.
Competencies:
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering public policy consulting projects, influencing policy outcomes, and achieving client objectives.
  • Strong understanding of policy landscapes, legislative processes, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations based on robust policy analysis.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring consultants.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines and budget.
  • Business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
