Job Description
  • Lead Design Efforts: Lead the design and development of high-end hotel projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects, and other consultants to achieve cohesive and complementary design outcomes.
  • Present Design Concepts: Prepare and present design concepts, schematics, and detailed proposals to stakeholders and management.
  • Review Design Submissions: Assess and review all design submissions, ensuring adherence to industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a Creative Environment: Mentor junior design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 9-12 years of relevant professional experience in hotel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  • Design Management: Experience in design management with high-end hospitality assets is preferred.
  • Design Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of design processes and methods from concept to implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architectural and design software.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive results and manage teams.
