We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Parsons International. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide technical support for complex integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System integration and support for complex systems involving data from multiple applications/platforms, organizations, and geographic locations
  • Manage and support Business Applications (Oracle Primavera, Aconex, In-house developed tools) on-site, coordinating delivery of service and support with corporate-based application support teams
  • Liaise between business requirements and technical design, working closely with multiple business application specialists
  • Author technical and end-user guide documentation for developed systems
  • Work in a distributed, team-oriented environment
  • Establish and report project-based Service Level Agreement Metrics
  • Coordinate and report root cause analysis and course correction for failed SLA targets
  • Assist with On-Call support during non-business hours
  • Gather end-user and project requirements, presenting to management in a technical and non-technical term
  • Escalate reports and follow-up on issues with various functional service delivery teams, local vendors/service providers/subject matter experts, and upper project management
  • Comply with Problem Management processes by registering, updating, resolving, and closing assigned Incident & Problem tickets
  • Understand Business Processes being used and implemented
  • Be proactive in gathering reporting requirements
  • Create and maintain report/program documentation
