Our current project in Khafji, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, requires a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to support the Project Director in delivering the program of projects on behalf of the client, Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). This role is responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the Project Management Services (PMS) contract and client satisfaction.

The Senior Project Coordinator will manage the Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers who provide project management services for both onshore and offshore projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of DBSP / FEED / EPC stages of the project lifecycle
  • Direct supervision of engineers to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate coordination between site inputs and stakeholders
  • Managing entire project execution, including schedules, budget management, mobilization, and quality of staff

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 15 years of prior project management and project engineering experience in FEED, EPC, and front end of project development (FEL1 and FEL2)
  • At least 8 years of recent experience in managing and coordinating administration of onshore / offshore project activities, including technical, contracts, logistics, and support
  • PMC experience in a similar role for several years is preferable
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel
