As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and inform business decisions.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to find effective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mentor junior engineers and project staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in MEP technologies, and innovative technologies like AI Systems and Industrial IOT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing diverse teams across different disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Proficient in project management software, tools, and techniques, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in MEP systems, with a commitment to reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
