  4. Document Control System Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document control system.
  5. Collaboration with Project Team: Collaborate with project team members to ensure document control needs are met.
  6. Document Status Reports: Generate and maintain document status reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Document Preparation and Submission: Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  1. Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  3. Experience: Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction or rail project environment.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other document control software, excellent organisational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English.
