Job Title: Building and Infrastructure Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Building and Infrastructure Executive to lead our new campus project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/construction engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Their key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project strategies.
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks on site.
  • Conducting regular safety assessments and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Using construction management software to optimize workflows.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, suppliers, public, and workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction management.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a university degree in civil/construction engineering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
