Job Requirements
We are seeking experienced IT recruiters to join our team on a six-month project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for IT-related positions. They should also have experience in conducting technical interviews and using recruitment tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for complex technical roles, sourcing candidates, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
- Conduct initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
- Administer and evaluate SHL assessments (Cognitive, Personality, and Situational Judgment Tests), delivering comprehensive reports to the client's management.
