About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Jira administrator with a strong background in project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira administration, scripting, and REST APIs, as well as proficiency in database concepts and knowledge of system database structure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to align with business requirements. They will also integrate Jira with other tools and systems, provide technical support to users, and conduct training sessions on how to effectively use Jira.

In addition, the candidate will create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, team performance, and other key metrics. They will also work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve workflows and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6+ years of proven experience as a Jira developer or in a similar role
  • Atlassian Certified (ACP100)
  • Proficiency in Jira administration, scripting, and REST APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of database concepts
  • Knowledge of system database structure
