Project Control Manager Job Summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Control Manager to oversee and manage the project control function for complex and high-profile projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing project control strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure project success.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of project control professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Managing project cost control, schedule management, and risk assessment activities to minimize project risks.
  • Preparing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and taking corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring compliance with project control processes and standards to maintain project integrity.
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate project status updates.
  • Managing project change control processes to minimize project disruptions.
  • Preparing and presenting project control reports to management and clients to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control with a focus on complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of project control professionals.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
