Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Leadership Position

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to lead our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team.

Job Description:
- As a Head Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining your knowledge, clinical skills, and professional awareness.
- You will provide documented evidence of performance and maintenance of skills consistent with the position.
- Treating colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity and respect at all times is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advocate for patients and families.
- Identify areas that will improve the quality of patient care and issues that will negatively impact on patient care outcomes.
- Effectively manage allocated resources and forecast requirements for personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 7 years of experience in the same field and 3 years in the same position as head nurse.
- Master's or diploma in Management is preferable.
- Managerial skills are a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Saudi license holder is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
