We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and account management to drive growth and expansion of our key accounts within large governmental and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue from existing and new key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations showcasing value proposition.
- Closely monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer data and quotations within CRM systems.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively.
- Generate regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
- Prioritize increasing customer lifetime value and maximizing revenue within assigned accounts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of account management strategies.
- 12+ years of experience in sales and account management with a proven track record of managing large governmental and private accounts.
- Prior managerial experience is essential.
- Experience in the outsourcing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and account management best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
