**Account Management Director Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and account management to drive growth and expansion of our key accounts within large governmental and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue from existing and new key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations showcasing value proposition.
  • Closely monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and quotations within CRM systems.
  • Address client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
  • Prioritize increasing customer lifetime value and maximizing revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of account management strategies.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales and account management with a proven track record of managing large governmental and private accounts.
  • Prior managerial experience is essential.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
