Senior BIM Manager Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior BIM Management Specialist to join our team at JASARA PMC. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for leading our BIM strategy, crafting BIM Execution Plans, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EIRs and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
  • Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans for complex projects.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on BIM-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to manage the Common Data Environment.
  • Assist in developing the F&E AIM post-project completion.
  • Implement information management protocols for BIM models and Digital Twins.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in BIM management.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is preferred.
