This position requires a highly skilled Installation Project Management Professional to oversee the execution of furniture and door installation projects. Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute furniture and door installation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement effective project execution plans to meet client requirements and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee site assessments, workforce allocation, and schedule management for successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of project managers, technicians, carpenters, painters, and installation workers to achieve project goals.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide technical guidance and training on best installation practices.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review project financials, including contractor payment applications.
  • Act as primary liaison with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to review project progress and address feedback.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation reports, client approvals, and change orders.
  • Provide post-installation support and resolve any installation-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in installation project management, furniture and door manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques, production processes, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and safety compliance.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
