Your New Role

  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and water tank projects.
  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Motivate and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and construction staff to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Provide technical oversight, reviewing project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and local laws.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
