- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education, corporate training, and government sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Stay up-to-date on e-learning technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in consultative selling and key account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
