About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Al Jubail. This role will involve selling Guardian products remotely from within an office-based environment, focusing on our segmented bronze customer in AME and growing sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and forecast sales growth based on plant capabilities and market demand to achieve and exceed business plans and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Kinaxis with the commercial team.
  • Identify and share market insights, trends, and customer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding market changes, transformation activities, and customer expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain and expand market share, driving growth through quality products and services.
  • Align with Guardian's new principles and PBM culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the industrial or construction sectors.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and active listening.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Customer Portal systems.
