Role Summary:
The Commercial Growth Officer role at Al Basel Group is responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution. This individual will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and inform sales strategies.
- KPI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
