Job Title: Strategic Advisory Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Advisory Director to lead our Strategic Advisory and Consulting project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality consulting projects and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Oversee Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients, considering market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and organizational goals.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on shaping business strategies, models, and exploring growth opportunities.
  • Team Management: Support in managing and mentoring project leaders and consultants, providing guidance in developing project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budget.
  • Capability Evaluation: Support in evaluating and deciding if potential projects are within Takamol's current capabilities.
  • Training and Development: Support training team by delivering training courses to consulting and admin staff.
  • Recruitment: Support recruiting team in hiring best talents and reaching recruiting targets.
  • Project Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage client expectations.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track the performance of direct reports against their assigned KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or any relevant field.
  • Desirable Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in any other related fields.
  • Experience: 12-14 years of work experience, with 6 years in strategy advisory and management consulting or a similar role within the consulting industry.

  • Leadership and Delivery: Demonstrated success in leading and delivering consulting projects and achieving client objectives.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring consultants.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines and budget.
  • Business Acumen: Business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensures the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations.
  • Language Skills: Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English are highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
