Financial Project Accountant

As a Financial Project Accountant at Open Axcss, you will be responsible for monitoring all transactions related to projects, including AP, A/R, Project, GL, Inventory, and Controlling. Your key objectives will be to ensure that all sales invoices are issued based on actual POC and shortage billing reports, and that all collections are recorded either through the treasury or bank.

You will also be responsible for following up with the Business Unit to finalize vendor invoices, revising vendor invoices if necessary, and ensuring that payments are made for due vendor invoices based on payment terms. Additionally, you will need to prepare the LC invoice and get it approved from the Business Unit and concerned authorizer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Issuing sales invoices based on actual POC and shortage billing reports
  • Recording collections through the treasury or bank
  • Following up with the Business Unit to finalize vendor invoices
  • Revising vendor invoices if necessary
  • Ensuring payments are made for due vendor invoices based on payment terms
  • Preparing the LC invoice and getting it approved
