JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Schedule Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a vital role in optimising our project schedules to meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio schedule management, with expertise in Earned Value Management principles and F&E standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining the master schedule, advising on the impact of missed milestones and dependencies, and working closely with project and programme teams to ensure all project schedules align with the F&E Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Other key responsibilities include reviewing Schedule submissions submitted by outsourced consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
We require a skilled professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in portfolio schedule management.
Your skills should include project and programme management, risk management, budgeting, financial planning, performance monitoring, auditing, quality management, stakeholder management, supplier relationship management, and organisational performance.
