About the Role

The Change Management Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of change management activities for the SAP S / 4HANA project. This critical support function will assist in documentation, communication, training coordination, and general administrative support to guarantee seamless adoption of the new system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive change management documentation, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.
  • Support the delivery of change management workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and disseminate change-related communications, aligning with the overall strategic objectives.
  • Monitor employee engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics to inform future initiatives.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of change-related reports, dashboards, and project updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the Change Manager, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with HR, IT, and business units to facilitate smooth change processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a change management or ERP project.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Prior experience in SAP environments is advantageous.
