As a Senior Specialist - Administration and Facility Management at Qiddiya | القدية, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance schedules, and developing and implementing financial plans.

  • Operations Oversight: Ensure the efficient operation of the company's facilities.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and improvements for building systems and equipment.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including maintenance and capital projects.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers and contractors.
  • Space Utilization: Optimize space utilization and layout to enhance functionality and productivity.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
  • Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in administration and facility management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across various departments.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
