Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance: Review, test, and implement HRMS system upgrades or patches. Maintain HRMS system tables and document processes and results.
  • Production Support: Provide support for HRMS including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to HRMS, including recommending process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
