Sales Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Human Resources services market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote HR solutions such as staffing, recruitment, payroll, and HR consultancy services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Owners.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, HR operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or staffing.
- Skills: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
