Job Title: Payment Transformation Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Transformation Engagement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our payments team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of payments and contributing to our mission of empowering businesses through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Domain Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and SWIFT protocols, ensuring seamless communication between financial institutions.
    • Strong experience in Cash Management and Payments domain within the banking sector, leveraging expertise to drive innovation.
    • Familiarity with payment systems, clearinghouses, and cross-border transaction processing, enabling efficient and secure transactions.

  2. Project Management Expertise:

    • Proficient in project planning, execution, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), allowing for adaptability and flexibility in project approaches.
    • Strong ability to manage resource allocation and timelines for complex projects, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays.
    • Experience in tracking project progress and implementing corrective actions, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

  3. Technical Collaboration & IT Coordination:

    • Ability to liaise with IT teams for design, development, and testing of payment solutions, ensuring technical requirements are met.
    • Experience in integrating new payment systems with existing banking applications, streamlining operations and enhancing user experience.
    • Knowledge of application system customization to meet business requirements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  4. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and trust.
    • Proven ability to keep stakeholders informed about project status and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  5. Risk Identification & Mitigation:

    • Strong ability to identify potential risks in projects and implement mitigating measures, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
    • Experience in producing feasibility reports and ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance, maintaining a high level of integrity and governance.
