Key Responsibilities

  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including ensuring maximum utilization of company assets.
    • Manage, develop, and motivate the crew to deliver the contract.
    • Ensure industry and local safety and compliance requirements are met.
  • Commercial
    • Take command of the financial performance, ensuring it is aligned with company strategy and financial expectations.
    • Build strong relationships with clients.
    • Identify opportunities to grow the contract.

Requirements

  • Qualified Master Mariner/Captain with Command experience.
  • Experience with Mooring Operations, including Tug, Anchor Handling Vessel (AHTS), Single-Point Mooring (SPM), or within a Port.
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring profitability.
  • Demonstrable experience and achievements in a Commercial Ops or Marine Ops role.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • A work ethic that includes being hands-on, collaborating with different teams, and a flexible approach to customer success.

What We Offer

A permanent, rotational position with a salary of around $100,000 USD and a 6 weeks on/6 weeks off schedule.
