Main Objective

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in designated territories and customers by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and sell the company's products, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant manager to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop marketing plans accordingly.
  5. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and growth against targets.
  6. Maintain a high-quality customer database to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  7. Support promotional and special marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. At least one year of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in sales or account management.
