We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for selecting candidates for various job positions in accordance with the job specification.

You will oversee the possibility of filling positions by Saudi nationals by giving preferences to educated and well-experienced Saudis. This includes convincing/suggesting department heads for hiring the maximum number of Saudis in accordance with the government's saudization program.

You will review all approved applications prior to finalizing recruitment and look for the possibility of filling positions by Saudis. Additionally, you will set achievable goals to support the government drive towards the Saudization Program.

To be successful in this role, you must have good relationships with universities from which we recruit students. You should also plan to have more summer trainees or local hires in giving opportunities to Saudis, and evaluate candidates for possible employment after required training.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will coordinate with department heads/assistants for all recruitment issues and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates. You must act as a hotel 'ambassador' at all times and have previous experience with a 5-star hotel.

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage large-scale recruitment efforts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
