Global Polymer Plant Equipment Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join MatchaTalent as a Global Polymer Plant Equipment Engineer, where you will play a critical role in driving the Asset Integrity Vision for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on rotating equipment specific to polymer plants and their associated systems.
- Lead various new post-reactor product developments through granulation techniques.
- Participate in in-house new process technology development, scale-up, and implementations in commercial plants.
- Engage and lead feasibility study and revamp studies for effective granulator operation at plant scale and semi-commercial scales.
- Independently review engineering documents and provide steering input.
- Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runs, including preliminary reviews, data interpretation, and final reporting.
- Collect and interpret plant process data to make recommendations for improvements and ensure standardized work processes are optimized.
- Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
- This role requires the candidate to relocate to a new location.
- Preferably holds a Master's or PhD degree.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience, or PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Development, Plant Support, Modeling, and Optimization.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate and influence individuals from diverse disciplines and cultures.
- Ability to create, foster, and drive a culture of innovation within the organization.
