We are looking for an experienced New Equipment Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share across all product lines within assigned markets.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with developers/contractors and positioning Otis favorably for all new equipment projects.
- Executing sales strategies to increase market share and building competitive awareness of products offered in the market.
- Coordinating with the Aftermarket and Service Department to ensure implementation of terms and conditions of new equipment agreements.
- Conducting inspections on new equipment products delivered and installed at client locations.
- Maintaining and updating the new equipment contracts database and providing periodic reports.
