Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Specialist at CEQUENS is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Analyze customer data to understand their business needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
Account Management
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Performance Metrics
  • Track and analyze key sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales or account management experience, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
