We're seeking a Product Lead for Risk to oversee our efforts in mitigating risks associated with fraud, compliance, credit, and collections. This senior role involves leading strategic initiatives and deploying innovative tools to enhance risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic initiatives to mitigate risks associated with fraud, compliance, credit, and collections.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and continuously improve APIs, services, and systems to enhance risk management practices.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to identify and interpret fraud, credit, and collections trends, providing strategic insights to guide product improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and safety.
  • Mentor and support a team of senior managers and their cross-disciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 10 years in product management, including significant experience in risk management and/or compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading senior teams and managing complex product portfolios in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of making strategic risk decisions that align with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working collaboratively with engineering teams and innovating new product solutions.
