Job Overview: Talent 360 seeks a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand's growth and customer engagement initiatives. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, content strategy, brand positioning, and digital initiatives to enhance our presence in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute a Marketing Strategy: Align with Blend's growth goals by creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives results.
  2. Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Oversee paid and organic campaigns, social media, content marketing, and email outreach to engage customers and build brand awareness.
  3. Manage Marketing Team: Mentor and lead a team of marketers, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
  4. Industry Events and Networking: Oversee Blend's participation in industry events and networking opportunities to establish thought leadership.
  5. Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy to boost SEO and establish thought leadership through compelling marketing materials.
  6. Campaign Performance: Optimize performance-driven campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  7. Marketing Materials: Develop engaging marketing materials in both Arabic and English to communicate Blend's value effectively.
  8. Marketing Metrics: Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  9. PR and Media Relations: Manage PR and media relations, including press releases, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: +5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or Tech.
  2. Marketing Tools: Proven experience in marketing tools and CRM.
  3. Saudi Market Experience: Proven track record in marketing to Saudi businesses and understanding of local market trends.
  4. Digital Marketing Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
  5. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience working with copywriters, designers, and external agencies.
  6. Language Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  7. Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  8. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive marketing success.
  9. Creative Mindset: A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
