We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans ensuring efficient resource allocation and driving successful project outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks
  • Analyze resource requirements and optimize allocation to ensure project efficiency
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and define scope
  • Monitor project progress identify deviations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Conduct cost estimations and budget forecasting for various project phases
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and communicate project status effectively
  • Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies to enhance overall project performance

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning engineering or project management
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera P6)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Indepth knowledge of planning techniques risk management and resource optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to project planning
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred
  • Experience working in the Middle East particularly in Saudi Arabia is a plus
