• AtkinsRealis are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh KSA.

  Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of cost management professionals fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.

  • Utilize Aconex Connected Cost (ACC) and SAP Ariba to manage and analyse costs and budgets effectively.

  • Oversee pre and postcontract quantity surveying ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout project phases.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive cost and cash flow reports providing insights to support decisionmaking.

  • Develop and implement cost planning and estimation strategies ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.

  • Manage the procurement process including vendor selection and contract negotiation to optimize project resources and budget.

  • Oversee contractor and consultant payments variations and claims ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Facilitate change management processes assessing impacts on budget and schedule while maintaining project integrity.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

  • Efficiently manage project resources balancing workload and optimizing team performance to meet project deadlines.
