Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic French and English.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Presentable and wellmannered demeanor.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and tasks.
- Availability for business travel.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced business environment.
