  • Establish criteria and set up systems for all project control activities

  • Analyze project performance data and provide accurate forecasts and reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Lead and mentor a team of project control professionals
  • Continuously improve project control methodologies and tools
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulations
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project status and control measures

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls with 15 years preferred
  • Proven track record of managing project controls for largescale projects
  • Thorough knowledge of cost engineering cost estimating planning and scheduling techniques
  • Strong understanding of engineering procurement contracts construction and startup processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and control software
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience working internationally with preference for experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project control
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
