Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data management and analysis
Experience with SQL, Oracle, and other data management systems
Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and extraction techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
Data Security and Compliance
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive and confidential data from unauthorized access, breaches, or loss.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce data encryption, access controls, and user authentication to protect data integrity and privacy.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or financial regulations).
Conduct regular data security audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks related to data management.
Data Access and Retrieval
Establish and manage data access protocols to ensure that the right people can access the right data at the right time while protecting sensitive information.
Design and implement data retrieval systems and tools that allow employees to easily access and use data in a secure and efficient manner.
Provide support to teams and departments in accessing and interpreting data to aid in decision-making and reporting.
