  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers management and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
  • Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
  • Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for diversity equity and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
  • Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract highcalibre talent.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have proven ability and expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in endtoend recruitment lifecycle identifying attracting and hiring highperforming talent for GTM roles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • You foster and encourage diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
  • Expertise hiring across market within the APJMEA region.
  • Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth and global environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic language is a plus.
