**Job Purpose Summary**:
The Systems Engineer’s primary objective is to work with customers and internal teams to identify their needs and requirements, then create and present/demo solutions that meet those needs. They must have good communication, presentation, and strong technical skills as well as deep knowledge of cybersecurity products especially Next Generation Firewalls and XDR, to understand the customer’s business goals, challenges, and objectives.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
The System Engineer will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating a range of cybersecurity products, including NGFW, XDR, NDR, Endpoint Security, DNS Security, Threat Intelligence, Privileged Access Management, and more. They must be able to articulate the value and benefits of these products to customers and provide technical explanations when needed.

He/she must work with customers to conduct PoVs to demonstrate the effectiveness of the cybersecurity products. This involves designing and executing tests that validate the product’s performance in the customer’s environment. The System Engineer must also analyze the results and present the findings to the customer.

The System Engineer must be able to design the architecture and size the solution based on the customer’s requirements. They must have a deep understanding of the product’s technical capabilities and limitations to create a solution that meets the customer’s needs. They must also consider factors such as scalability, performance, and cost when designing the architecture.

He/she will be responsible for responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and creating technical write-up documents. The System Engineer must also ensure that the proposal complies with industry standards and best practices.

The System Engineer would need to have in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity technologies and the necessary skills to provide training to partners to keep them knowledgeable and capable of properly implementing, maintaining, and supporting the product.

**Education, Skills, and Competencies**:
5+ years of relevant experience.

Cisco ISE NAC Solution experience

Firewalls experience ( Cisco FTD, Paloalto and Fortinet)

EDR & XDR experience

SASE knowledge (preferable)

SIEM & SOAR knowledge (preferable)

ZTNA knowledge (preferable)
