Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly skilled and innovative Associate Director - Digital Products Management to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Director of Digital Products Management to develop and execute strategies that enhance our digital product offerings and improve user engagement within our entertainment and lifestyle ecosystems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide and support Agile adoption, transformation, and scaling across multiple teams or departments. Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with organizational goals.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and product team members on Agile best practices, principles, and frameworks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organizing teams.
- Advocate for and implement Agile practices that optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and drive value delivery. Ensure teams understand Agile values and principles to increase collaboration and accountability.
- Work closely with product management, development teams, and leadership to foster strong communication and alignment between all stakeholders. Help ensure that product roadmaps and goals are supported by effective Agile processes.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of Agile processes. Help teams and leadership understand performance data and use it for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in digital product management, with experience in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including agile practices.
- Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams and delivering products that meet user needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in product management tools and analytics software.
- Proven experience as an Agile practitioner with a track record of successfully implementing the agile process.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
