Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a new standard in entertainment and leisure, and we are looking for a motivated and strategic individual to join our team as Associate Director - Leasing. This critical role will focus on developing and implementing leasing strategies that ensure the successful commercialization of our diverse portfolio of properties.
As the Associate Director - Leasing, you will be responsible for driving leasing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and cultivating relationships with potential tenants and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and enhancing the overall customer experience at Qiddiya.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve targeted occupancy rates across residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, contractors, and real estate agencies.
- Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions with prospects to achieve favorable outcomes for Qiddiya.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align leasing strategies with overall business objectives and marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance leasing strategies and processes.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing leasing team to ensure top-tier service delivery and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to leasing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- A minimum of 9-12 years of relative experience in leasing or property management, preferably in the real estate or entertainment sectors in GCC.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing successful leasing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends
- Proficient in leasing management software and tools
- Hight skills of Market Research, Asset Management, Business Development.
