**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing IT support, preferably in a field service or helpdesk environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV systems, and laptops. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is desirable.
- **Driving License**: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory for this role.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to multiple restaurant locations within the designated area.

We are currently seeking IT Field Technicians to join our team and support our restaurant and Cloud Kitchen Operations in maintaining their Point-of-Sale (POS), printers, networks, CCTV systems, laptops, and other peripherals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Support**: Provide on-site technical support for restaurant, Cloud Kitchens, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV cameras, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and equipment in restaurants.
- **Installation and Configuration**: Install and configure new hardware and software components, including POS terminals, printers, network devices, and CCTV cameras, according to the operational need.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by restaurant staff promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and maintenance activities performed at each restaurant location.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and staff to understand their IT requirements, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
